I was raised inside it.
I'm Brooke Addrienne (add-DREEN) — coach, ceremonial magician, musician, and creator.
I grew up in a home where tarot cards were passed between women like heirlooms, where Carl Jung and Edgar Cayce shared shelf space, and where women gathered for psychic readings in our living room. My mother gave me my first tarot deck when I was eleven. I was learning white light meditation by the time I was four. My grandmother trained me to read a person's energy through the objects they carry — a practice called psychometry.
This is not a tradition I discovered through a workshop or a difficult season. It is the water I was raised in.
Over the decades that followed, I deepened that foundation through structured training — and through the unglamorous, iterative work of applying all of it to an actual human life. I am also a musician whose lyrics have always circled the same themes: dreams, myth, the shadow, mortality, and the strange beauty of being awake inside this existence.
I created The Prismatic Method because I believe transformation is not something that happens to you. It is something you choose — repeatedly, honestly, and from the inside out.
You are not a project. You hold within you every frequency of light — already present, already yours. The work is not to build you. It is to turn you toward what illuminates you.
The Prismatic Method is psychospiritual coaching — a synthesis of depth psychology, inner parts work, and the intelligence of the Higher Self. It is not quick-fix. It is not performance-driven. It is a practice of turning inward with curiosity, rigor, and care — and letting what you find there change you.
